2023 Speaker
Skeeter Heritage, Jr. is the President and fourth generation leader of Heritage’s Dairy Stores. The company opened the first-ever convenient store in South Jersey in 1957, and now has 32 stores and more than 500 employees in Camden, Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties. Staying true to its four tenets of family, friendly, fervent and fresh, Heritage’s keeps people as the most important part of its business and believes that success is achieved through service to others.
A Rutgers – Camden Business School graduate, husband to Laura, and father of four, Skeeter began working in the family business during college. For more than 15 years, he progressed in the company, spending several years in each position, before taking on the senior leadership role at the company in early 2019. He notes that his perseverance and his enduring faith inform his leadership, and he attributes the company’s present success to its steadfast commitment to keep people at the heart of the business. Skeeter shares that “each day, I look forward to Heritage’s being a blessing to our employees, our guests, and the communities we serve.”

Born and raised in a Christian home in Sri Lanka, Sam’s parents’ example fostered his faith, teaching him the power of unconditional love. Today, He and his wife, Danilyn, carry this love on to their five children.

Chad Williams – Former Navy Seal and author of “Seal of God”
Part memoir, part evangelism piece, SEAL of God follows Chad’s journey through the grueling Naval Ops training and onto the streets of Iraq, where he witnessed the horrors of war up close. Along the way, Chad shares his own radical conversion story and talks about how he draws on his own experiences as a SEAL to help others better understand the depths of Christ’s sacrifice and love.
